About Us

Edify Missions, Inc. was founded by Dcn. Adam and Marianne Conque on September 5, 2025, the Memorial of St. Teresa of Calcutta, patroness of the organization.

After decades of service to the Church in a wide range of roles, they discerned a call to establish a missionary organization dedicated to forming and sending disciples of Christ to strengthen the Church’s work and advance the Kingdom of God.

How We Serve Parishes and Apostolates

We are committed to helping parishes and organizations discern their unique role in the Church’s mission for the salvation of souls and the advancement of the Kingdom. We offer:
- Clarity of mission and vision, whether for the entire organization or a specific initiative, so it can be communicated with precision and conviction.
- A branding process to define core commitments, voice, style, and identity.
- Guidance in team structure and workflow, rooted in the wisdom of the Church and ordered toward effective mission.
- Strategic planning with clear, measurable goals for lasting impact.
With a clear mission and vision in place, we serve by joining your team to implement the first stages of the strategic plan. We can step into a temporary role or work closely alongside existing team members. We offer:
- Direction or coordination of new or existing initiatives through the initial phases of the strategic plan, typically spanning 6 months to 3 years.
- Recruiting, vetting, and training team members to effectively lead and sustain the initiative.
- Formation of an initial team of staff or volunteers, prepared for long-term success.
- Ongoing evaluation of progress, challenges, and necessary adjustments.
When parishes or organizations have a specific need we can meet, we offer ongoing, subscription-based partnerships tailored to that need. This model provides a clear advantage: no employment taxes, benefits, or administrative burden. Instead, a simple monthly subscription is paid to Edify Missions for the work of the missionary. Our services include:
- Roles in Catechesis and Evangelization, including teaching, program development, small groups, and more.
- Roles in Communications, including website design, development, and maintenance, custom web applications, marketing, and more.
- Roles in Liturgy, including choir directing, cantoring, major liturgy planning, coordination, altar server training, and more.
- Roles in Pastoral Administration including marriage prep, annulment advocacy, spiritual direction, and more.
